The event, scheduled to take place in Brussels from 9 to 11 April 2024, represents an important moment of of discussion among European notified bodies, institutions, and stakeholders within the context of EU regulation of medical devices.

Coordination meetings of Notified Bodies for medical devices are a unique opportunity for alignment on the subject. The purpose of these meetings is to promote the sharing of opinions and experiences among attendees, encouraging direct confrontation on field challenges and the search for collaborative solutions.

The 70th NBCG-Med Meeting will be attended not only by European Notified Bodies for MDD, MDR and IVDR, but also by leading professionals in the medical regulatory sector, including technical experts and members of the European Commission. During the three-day event, participants will address priority issues concerning the MDR and IVDR regulations, as well as evaluation activities involving notified bodies.

Ente Certificazione Macchine is excited to actively contribute to the discussion, bringing its expertise in the field of medical devices, through the participation of our Technical Manager, Dr. Tatiana Vignudelli.

Furthermore, we seize the opportunity presented by this meeting to enrich our knowledge, share ideas, and best practices with other industry experts, thereby contributing to promoting the safety and quality of medical devices within the European Union. It is only through constant and participatory engagement in such institutional events that we can gain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework and future developments in the medical device regulatory landscape.
