We have become aware of several CE conformity declarations currently in circulation, where ECM is improperly reported as a mandatary for extra-EU manufacturers. We want to emphasize that this is a serious misuse of our name.

Ente Certificazione Macchine has no association with such declarations and does not operate as a mandatary for manufacturers outside the European Union. ECM has never authorized the use of its name on such documents; therefore, this is an IMPROPER USE, and their usage is prohibited.

We urge everyone NOT to purchase or use products accompanied by falsified conformity declarations. If you are in possession of such products, we encourage you to return them to the seller as they are UNSAFE products.

We request the collaboration of all parties in promptly reporting any information related to such declarations to our competent offices at info@entecerma.it and to the supervisory authorities.
