The false declaration, dated 25 May 2022 and concerning Directive 2006/42/EC, refers to a hydraulic metal baler (model TCM-XB315) of the brand TCM and was issued by the Chinese company Shanghai Tianchi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.

We point out that Ente Certificazione Macchine is not the Technical File Representative, as incorrectly stated in the above-mentioned forged document.

This document has NOT been issued by our company and its use is prohibited by law. We invite anyone NOT to purchase the product accompanied by this document and, if you should find it on the market, please promptly notify the surveillance authorities. In case you are in possession of it, please return it to the seller as it is NOT a safe product.
