Ente Certificazione Macchine reports the improper use of its name on the EU Declaration of conformity visible at the following link.

The EU Declaration of Conformity, dated September 2022, refers to a ceramic cup manufactured by the Chinese company Fuzhou Huixia Technology Co., Ltd (FHT).

We would like to point out that Ente Certificazione Macchine is NOT Authorized person for technical documentation, as incorrectly stated in the above document.

The use of our name on the above document and the use of our Notified Body Number No.1282 on the product (visible here) constitute a misuse and their use is prohibited. ECM has never authorized the use of its name and notification no. on the document and on the product above mentioned.

We invite anyone NOT to purchase this product and, if you should find it on the market, please promptly notify the surveillance authorities. In case you are in possession of this product please return it to the seller as it is NOT a safe product.

We have already reported the matter and reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who uses our name and documents improperly.
