Ente Certificazione Macchine reports the improper use of its name on the EC Declaration of conformity visible at the following link.

The EC Declaration of conformity, dated 21/02/2023, regarding EU directives 2006/42/EC and 2014/30/EU, refers to an excavator (model LT1018) manufactured by the Chinese company Shandong Leite Machinery Co., Ltd.

The use of our name on the above EC Declaration of Conformity constitutes an IMPROPER USE and its use is prohibited. ECM has never authorized the use of its name on this document.

We invite anyone NOT to purchase product accompanied by this document and, if you should find it on the market, please promptly notify the surveillance authorities. In case you are in possession of it, please return it to the seller as it is NOT a safe product.

We have already reported the matter and reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who uses our name and documents issued by us improperly.
