ECM Ente Certificazione Macchine has been informed about the existence of the EC Declaration of Conformity, visible at this link, which improperly use ECM’s name.

The document, dated 27/08/2019, concerning Directive 2006/42/EC, refers to the product “Manual Palet Truck” of the manufacturer STAXX Spears Mhe Provate Limited, Models: HPT20, HPT25, HPT30, HPT25Q, HPT30Q, HPT20G, HPT25G, HPT30G, brand STAXX.

We point out that Ente Certificazione Macchine is NOT a Person responsible for compiling the technical files in Europe, as incorrectly stated in the above declaration.

ECM has never authorised the use of its name on this document, therefore the use of our name on the EC Declaration of Conformity above constitutes an IMPROPER USE and its use is prohibited.

We invite anyone NOT to purchase the product accompanied by this document and, should you find it on the market, please report immediately to ECM at info@entecerma.it and to the surveillance authorities. If you are in possession of it, please return it to the seller as it is NOT a safe product.
