We have been informed about the existence of the following EC Declaration of Conformity that improperly use ECM’s name:

• EC Declaration of Conformity visible at this link dated 01/12/2021, covering Directives 2006/42/EC, 2014/30/EU and 2014/35/EU, concerning the machinery “injection moulding machine” of the manufacturer Ningbo Shuangma Machinery Industry Co., LTD, Model: BL100EKS, KS0100-1140.

• EC Declaration of Conformity visible at this link on 01/12/2021, covering Directives 2006/42/EC, 2014/30/EU and 2014/35/EU, concerning the machinery “injection moulding machine” of the manufacturer Ningbo Shuangma Machinery Industry Co., LTD, Model: BL170EKS, KS0170-1146.

We point out that Ente Certificazione Macchine is NOT an Authorised Representative nor a Person responsible for compiling the technical files, as incorrectly stated in the above declarations.

ECM has never authorised the use of its name on the above mentioned documents, therefore the use of our name on these declarations of conformity constitutes an IMPROPER USE and their use is prohibited.

We invite anyone NOT to purchase machinery accompanied by these documents and, should you find them on the market, please report this immediately to ECM at info@entecerma.it and to the surveillance authorities. If you are in possession of them, please return them to the seller as they are NOT safe products.
