It has come to our attention that our name and logo have been improperly used on the following EC Declaration of Conformity, relating to Directive 2006/42/EC:

• EC Declaration of Conformity visible at the following link >> the document, dated 13/06/2023, refers to a “Mini excavator” (model NM-E20), manufactured by the company Shandong Nuoman Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd.

We would like to stress that ECM has never authorised the use of its logo or the name of its CEO Luca Bedonni on this document. This is therefore a serious IMPROPER USE and the use of this document is prohibited.

We advise anyone NOT to purchase or use equipment accompanied by this declaration of conformity. If you do have it, please return it to the seller as it is NOT a safe product.

We ask for everyone’s cooperation in immediately reporting any information regarding such declarations to our offices at info@entecerma.it and to the surveillance authorities.
