To ensure these requirements are met, the Ente Certificazione Macchine (ECM), as a Notified Body and specialized testing laboratory, carries out a series of rigorous tests on this equipment, in accordance with current regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5504222e249a787600fa359b28a63c6a\" style=\"color:#085f9b\"><strong>STABILITY CHECKS: SAFETY FIRST<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most critical tests is the stability test. Rigid stationary containers, such as glass bells, are subject to external forces, slopes, or transverse stresses that can cause a risk of overturning. These tests are essential to ensure that the container maintains its position, even in suboptimal operating conditions or in the presence of partial loads, as simulated in the images provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instrumentation: Precision instruments such as the inclinometer shown are used to measure the angle of inclination and assess stability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reference Standard: The tests are performed in accordance with UNI EN 12574-1\/2\/3:2017, which defines requirements, performance, and testing methods for stationary containers for waste that cannot be moved manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overturning Simulation: ECM technicians simulate the exposure of the container to forces that test its structural stability.
