The probe concerns an alleged anti-competitive agreement aimed at restricting the mobility of specialized workers within the labor market\u2014a practice known as a &#8216;no-poach&#8217; or &#8216;non-solicitation&#8217; agreement.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-60fbbd3d7d8c32129eebf8f7c353f6f5\"><strong>SOURCE OF THE COMPLAINT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>It all began with an <b data-path-to-node=\"1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"22\">anonymous report<\/b> submitted on March 3, 2025, through the Antitrust Authority\u2019s <b data-path-to-node=\"1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"101\">whistleblowing<\/b> platform. According to the allegations, several companies reportedly agreed <b data-path-to-node=\"1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"192\">not to hire &#8216;validators&#8217; of automatic machinery<\/b> who had previously worked for another of the firms involved.<\/p>\n\n<p>This alleged anti-competitive agreement does not concern prices or products, but rather the <b data-path-to-node=\"1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"93\">functioning of the specialized labor market<\/b>\u2014a field that has remained largely unexplored until now in terms of antitrust practices.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-307091e330b39584b4073e88ea53a06c\"><strong>WHO ARE THE VALIDATORS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Validators are specialized technicians who certify the correct operation of automatic machinery.
