This will be an opportunity to delve into the transition pathway toward the new <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2023\/1230\/oj?locale=it\">Machinery Regulation<\/a>, which will replace the current directive with a harmonized regulatory framework directly applicable across all Member States.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-40d7721337ad697b866dcbfd93bd6ec7\"><strong>A STRATEGIC OPPORTUNITY FOR REGULATORY DIALOGUE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>These meetings represent an important opportunity for international discussion and alignment. Indeed, Notified Bodies discuss technical and regulatory issues, sharing hands-on experience and contributing to the definition of common guidelines.
