{"id":3587,"date":"2021-02-16T11:19:48","date_gmt":"2021-02-16T10:19:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/ffp2-masks-attention-to-fraud\/"},"modified":"2021-02-16T11:29:24","modified_gmt":"2021-02-16T10:29:24","slug":"ffp2-masks-attention-to-fraud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/en\/ffp2-masks-attention-to-fraud\/","title":{"rendered":"FFP2 masks &#8211; attention to fraud"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong><em>The confiscation of masks and other devices or equipment due to irregularities in products or documentation continues.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>We would like to thank the law enforcement and vigilance authorities for detecting another fraud against Ente Certificazione Macchine and the market<\/strong>.\u00a0As reported in the article published by the newspaper <span class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"color: #0071a1;\"><strong><em>Il Sole 24 Ore<\/em><\/strong> <\/span>on <em>12 February 2021<\/em>, which can be viewed \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilsole24ore.com\/art\/frode-commercio-le-mascherine-ffp2-falso-marchio-ce-e-prive-requisiti-AD8chbJB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>, we report the confiscation of FFP2 masks that do not meet the requirements of the regulations.<\/p>\n\n<p>We are aware of numerous cases in which <strong>forged or improperly used documents<\/strong> attributable to our company have been used to place masks or other personal protective equipment on the market.<\/p>\n\n<p>We are constantly cooperating with the relevant authorities in order to detect and contrast any <strong>misuse and fraudulent use<\/strong> of our documentation and our Notified Body no.1282. We therefore invite anyone who encounters these documents, in case of doubt or need for clarification, to use our <strong>certificate verification service<\/strong> in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Connect to the <strong>Certificate Verification<\/strong> section of our website at this link <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/en\/customer-area\/search-for-certificates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/en\/customer-area\/search-for-certificates\/<\/a> and verify the document by entering its number; if the search does not produce any results, it is possible to consult the lists of False Documents and Improper Use of no.1282 of which we are aware at the following link <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/en\/customer-area\/forged-certificates-and-improper-use-of-ecm-notified-body-no-1282\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/en\/customer-area\/forged-certificates-and-improper-use-of-ecm-notified-body-no-1282\/;<\/a><\/li><li>Send an <strong>email<\/strong> to <a href=\"mailto:info@entecerma.it\">info@entecerma.it<\/a> attaching a copy of the document to check and your references.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>As already highlighted in the official communications published on our website, in particular:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION ON DOCUMENT &#8220;CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/en\/official-communication-on-document-certificate-of-compliance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/en\/official-communication-on-document-certificate-of-compliance\/<\/a><\/li><li>OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION ON IMPROPER USE OF NOTIFIED BODY NUMBER 1282 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/en\/official-communication-on-imrpoper-use-of-ecm-notified-body-number-1282-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.entecerma.it\/en\/official-communication-on-imrpoper-use-of-ecm-notified-body-number-1282-2\/<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>The &#8220;<em>Certificate of Compliance<\/em>&#8221;
