With three internal laboratories and two external areas ECM becomes a point of reference for testing activities in different fields of competence.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Market interest in our testing<\/a> services is growing. We receive numerous requests from the industry for different types of tests on a variety of products and equipment.<\/p>\n\n

Our laboratory activities have expanded considerably over the years to offer an increasingly wide and comprehensive range of testing servies. \n \nHere below we would like to give an overview of our laboratories<\/strong> and the testing activities that are carried out there.<\/p>\n\n

ECM has three internal laboratories and two external areas for open-field testing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

LABORATORY no. 1 \u2013 ELECTRICAL SAFETY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

This Laboratory is the first<\/strong> to be equipped and set up. It performs a wide range of tests, including electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, IP grade testing, noise, vibration and many others. It can boast long and consolidated experience<\/strong> at international level in testing activities on devices, products and equipment.<\/p>\n\n

LABORATORY no. 2 \u2013 ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY and DEBUG<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

This second laboratory, located in the ECM Medical Devices Division<\/em> headquarters, is provided with the most advanced equipment for performing electromagnetic compatibility tests and debugging activities on several types of products and machinery. It includes a latest-generation anechoic chamber<\/strong>, interconnected and integrated with workflows according to the 4.0 model, able to ensure considerable advantages for companies in terms of precision of results and timing. Thanks to an innovative and exclusive software, customers will be able to remotely follow the testing activities and see the outputs in real time.<\/p>\n\n

LABORATORY no. 3 \u2013 LITHIUM BATTERY TESTING and MECHANICAL TESTS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

The third ECM Laboratory, inaugurated in 2021, is mainly dedicated to lithium battery testing<\/strong>, an activity that is increasingly requested and requires specific equipment and skills to be carried out. This new space, equipped with cutting-edge equipment, also performs various types of mechanical tests<\/strong> on different products and equipment.<\/p>\n\n
