After this date, the CE mark will no longer be recognised and goods can only be placed on the UK market with the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/using-the-ukca-marking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UKCA mark<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Consequently, <strong>from 1st January 2023, the UKCA mark will be mandatory on products destined for the UK market<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ente Certificazione Macchine<\/strong> has developed a range of services for companies wishing to export their products to the UK and therefore need to comply with the UKCA marking requirements.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"color: #085f9b;\">THIRD PARTY UKCA CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Ente Certificazione Macchine carries out the necessary <strong>third party UKCA conformity audits<\/strong> to assess compliance with UK regulatory requirements. This activity includes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>verification of the technical documentation<\/strong> that the company must prepare in accordance with the UKCA marking,<\/li><li><strong>laboratory tests<\/strong> on the basis of the applicable standards.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>At the end of the activity, in case of a positive outcome, ECM issues a <em><strong>Third Party Certificate <\/strong><\/em>stating that the product\/machinery fully complies with the requirements of the UKCA marking.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"color: #085f9b;\">AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE SERVICE<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The UKCA mark must be affixed by the manufacturer or its Authorised Representative.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Through a <strong>partner company<\/strong> based in the UK, Ente Certificazione Macchine provides the <strong>Authorised Representative service<\/strong> to companies wishing to place their products on the UK market.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>For more information<\/strong>, please contact our Sales Manager Paolo Bernardoni at <a href=\"mailto:paolo@entecerma.it\">paolo@entecerma.it<\/a> | cell.
