In accordance with the provisions received from the Directorate-General for Market, Competition, Consumer Protection and Technical Regulations<\/em> (Notification Authority – NANDO Contact Point for Italy ) of 4 October 2022, we hereby inform everyone that certificates that do not comply <\/strong>with the requirements stated in the Note of the European Commission of 14 September 2022 Ref. ARES (2022)6342894 on Voluntary certification for products subject of EU technical harmonisation legislation<\/a> may no longer be used<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

On request, we are available to substitute them and to make them compliant with these provisions.<\/p>\n\n
