We strongly advise everyone NOT to purchase these products. Should you find them on the market, we urge you to promptly report them to the supervisory authorities. If you are already in possession of these products, we advise you to return them to the seller, as they are NOT safe.

It is noted that our Notified Body number 1282 is improperly displayed on the nameplate.

Following internal checks, we confirm that the EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY incorrectly or fraudulently displays the name Ente Certificazione Macchine srl and its logo, and makes improper use of them.

This Declaration of Conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the representative of Mode China, and please be advised that said company is improperly using our logo on its website (see the image below).

Furthermore, our name has been improperly used in documents FT FA 70 800 10F2024 and FT FA 70 800 50F2024.

Please also be informed that Certificate No. OP221229.MCSC31, mentioned in the “EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY,” has been officially WITHDRAWN. Consequently, this certificate is no longer valid.
