ECM Medical Devices Division is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Pakistan to assist local medical device manufacturers in obtaining certification under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) with our Notified Body 1282.

The opening of the office in Pakistan responds to the growing needs of local businesses entering the European market. This office will play a strategic role in strengthening ECM’s presence in Asia and providing immediate, direct support to Pakistani companies looking to export their medical devices to the European Union.

With its extensive experience in EU medical device certification, ECM is an authoritative point of reference for the certification process under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). While the ECM Pakistan office will ensure that local companies receive timely support – reducing response times and improving operational efficiency – our team will carry out certification activities. This allows manufacturers to go through the EU certification process for the EU market with the assurance of having a competent, internationally recognised partner on their side.
