Following the necessary investigations, ECM has become aware of the improper use of our Notified Body Number 1282 in relation to a ‘cylinder’. Therefore, the use of our Notified Body Number on the product is to be considered improper, unauthorized, and subject to legal action.

ECM reaffirms its commitment to combating the fraudulent use of CE markings and its name as a Notified Body, and urges distributors and consumers to always verify the validity of certifications through the official channels.
