Notable among these is the intensive consolidation activity developed in the Indian market, culminating in the signing of the prestigious Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Korea’s KoTHEA last May directly at our Headquarters. This agreement laid a solid foundation for long-term operational and commercial synergies, strengthening ECM’s strategic presence in a rapidly growing economic region.

Recently, we hosted Jason Sun at our Headquarters in Valsamoggia. Mr. Sun is a senior executive in the healthcare sector and a Melbourne-based entrepreneur in Australia, bringing over 25 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, public health administration, and medical technologies. Together, we discussed strategies to support medical device manufacturers in the Asia-Pacific region seeking to enter the European market.
