For this reason, and solely to protect consumer safety, we strongly advise against using the ‘Hyperbaric chamber’ product in any way and demand that any type of use or handling be ceased immediately.

This notice serves to formalize that, following a notification received via email on August 25, 2026, this Company has become aware of the ongoing circulation and usability of the device in question.

ECM hereby formally cautions any party against using, under any title and in any form, the aforementioned hyperbaric chamber, ordering the immediate and mandatory suspension of its use.

Furthermore, ECM disclaims any and all civil, criminal, and administrative liability for any damage, injury, or loss to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this notice or from the continued use of the unauthorized device.
