Any document containing such references has not been issued by ECM, and its use must be considered a clear violation of the law.

In this regard, ECM reserves the right to take any necessary action to protect its rights and legitimate interests against anyone who produces, uses, or retains documents whose content does not correspond to the truth.

If you have been shown and/or received an EC Declaration of Conformity bearing the name and/or logos of ECM with the elements described above, we urge you to report it without delay to the competent authorities.
